We have great pleasure to announce that the ISO 9001:2015 External Recertification Audit in Jeddah & Riyadh, which was conducted on 20-22 April 2020 was successful.

The external auditor (Mr. Yahya Yafi) expressed his admiration with our Quality Management System. They also judged our Quality System and its implementation in Jeddah & Riyadh branches as “Excellent”. There were no major / minor non-conformances, but we had few minor observations. This was the first time the audit was conducted remotely using Webex Congratulations to all BTC Employees, with this success, our certificate will be renewed for another 3 years starting August 2020 to August 2023. We will receive our new certificate hopefully in May, all are requested to replace your old certificates with the new ones in your offices, conference rooms, corridors etc.,
