One of the main goals endorsed by the National Transformation Program aiming to realize the Vision 2030 in the Kingdom is to accelerate the implementation of Digital Infrastructures projects which will help achieving Governmental Operational Excellence.
Amongst the Ministry of Justice Vision, which is in line with Country’s Vision 2030, emerged the Project of digitization and automation of the Courts.
The main objective of the project is to facilitate the judicial procedure for all parties by documenting trials sessions and conversation between all parties, ensuring that Trials are executed with the best practices, and in case of any complaint the system should support the Investigation Board efficiently to clear all issues related to the judiciary process

CHALLENGES
The audio/video quality required for the efficient investigation needs, especially the sound intelligibility in an environment with multiple source of non-useful sounds.
The high security measures at the physical and cyber levels to prevent any leakage of information or any illegal access from unauthorized parties.
The integration with Judicial Information System (Najez) which is responsible for e-management of Trials record and all related processes.
